Georg Fischer true union ball valves are designed for use in irrigation, swimming pools, sewage treatment, recycling water engineering, aquaculture, civil construction and other industries. These true union ball valves have double unions, permitting service while repairing or replacing the valve. The main part of the valve or carrier is where the handle and ball are positioned and can be taken out of line for easy service without dismantling the complete system. These manual ball valves manage the flow of liquid in a pipe. They come equipped with a lever that closes or opens a spherical port, permitting the liquid to flow through the system. Georg Fischer full-port valves feature PTFE dynamically loaded seats that maintain consistent pressure on the ball to stop leaks. The CPVC stems of these true union ball valves have a built-in breakpoint above seals to stop leaks if the handle is cracked off. These true union ball valves come with stainless steel mounting inserts and provide a working temperature range of 32 degrees to 176 degrees F. Apollo70-100 Series bronze inline ball valves are used as safety shut off valves for flammable liquids, heated oil and natural gases. These ball valves feature an adjustable packing gland for sealing the shaft against fluids and blow-out proof stem design to prevent stem detachment. The balls are made of chrome-plated brass / chrome-plated bronze / stainless steel to ensure durability & corrosion resistance. These valves come equipped with RPTFE seats & seals for resistance against chemicals and are capable of being operated at pressures up to 600 psi WOG. Banjo3-way ball valves are used in fluid-handling applications with herbicides, insecticides & fertilizers, as well as with solvents, wastewater, industrial acids and cooling water. These valves feature durable & flexible polypropylene construction to provide low friction, easy installation and resistance from corrosion. These PP ball valves have balls that are diamond turned to provide exact contact between ball & seats, and can withstand pressure up to 100 psi. Working Mechanism
