Circuit breaker enclosures act as dead front housing for circuit breakers, motor circuit protectors and moulded case switches to prevent people from accidentally contacting electrical parts. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of circuit breaker enclosures from brands like Eaton, General Electric, Siemens and Square D. General Electric circuit breaker enclosures are UL and CS listed for use as service equipment and are used with breakers that match the enclosure's short circuit rating. These breaker enclosures feature steel construction and 60 / 75 deg C conductor ratings for efficeient performance. Circuit breaker enclosures from Square D are designed to meet or exceed UL 50 requirements for specific environmental conditions, meet the lock out / tag out requirements of OSHA and provide NEC 100 compliant sealable equipment. These circuit breakers feature overload / thermal protection to prevent overheating conditions. They are available in steel and stainless steel variants.
