CRaptor Supplies offers knot wire, crimped wire and miniature cup brushes from Ampco, Grainger, Norton, United Abrasives-SAIT, Weiler and Westward. These heavy-duty cup brushes are designed for use with electric / pneumatic high-speed grinders for removing rust and scales, as well as for deburring and polishing flat or curved surfaces. Weiler industrial-grade knot wire cup brushes utilise heat-treated, high-tensile steel bristles for high-impact action areas to remove large burs and heavy contamination such as multiple layers of rust, oxides and slags. These cup brushes feature a threaded arbor to quickly connect with angle grinders and air tools, and a solid ring with individual knot holes to accommodate knotted wire bristles. They have a maximum speed rating of 14000 rpm and are available in single- and double-row knot wire variants.
Westward's range of crimped wire cup brushes features stainless- / carbon-steel bristles suitable for light cleaning and polishing applications. They are available in different arbor hole sizes, trim lengths and brush diameters.
