ADixon DQC Vep-Bop Series couplers are suitable to seal blow-out preventer (BOP) systems on drilling rigs by preventing the uncontrolled escape of fluids, such as oil or gas during drilling. They are equipped with an PTFE anti-extrusion ring for preventing the main coupling valve seal against dynamic impulse pressure. Adapters are used to connect pipes of various types and sizes together. They have a flare nut to separate male and female threads.
