Working Mechanism

  • Secure the pipe in place by clamping it on the machine.
  • Adjust the cutting head to the desired cutting depth and angle.
  • Once the cutting head is properly adjusted, activate the machine.
  • The cutting head rotates around the pipe, cutting it to the desired length.
  • After the pipe is cut, adjust the cutting head again to the desired beveling angle.
  • Activate the machine again. The cutting head will rotate around the pipe, shaping it to the desired bevel.
  • Once the cutting and bevelling are complete, turn off the machine and unclamp the pipe.
  • Use a deburring tool to remove any rough edges or burrs and create a smooth finish.
