Pneumatically Operated Drain Valves
Pneumatically operated drain valves are designed to remotely drain off or remove excess or unwanted fluid left in fluid separators, filters or boilers and during distillation. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of pneumatic drain valves, in aluminium, fibreglass, brass and zinc bodies, from brands like Grainger, Ingersoll-Rand, Conrader and Wilkerson. Grainger Drain-All pneumatically operated drain valves are remotely controlled, compressed air powered valves designed to provide clog-free operation for compressor applications up to 100 HP. They are ideal for use in air receiver tanks, intercoolers, aftercoolers, dryers, separators, filters and drip legs. These drain valves feature a fully automated operation controlled with a specially designed software with no timer or manual settings to interfere. The compressed air powered systems neglect any need for electrical wiring and can work at a maximum pressure of 200 PSI to provide a maximum drain rate of 0.9 GPM. Ingersoll-Rand pneumatic no loss drain valves remove mixtures of compressor lubricants and water from compressed air systems. They are also used in intercoolers, aftercoolers, dryers, filters, receivers & drip legs. These aluminium drain valves feature 3/4 inch NPT inlet capable of supplying compressed air with a maximum pressure of 450 PSI, while 1/2 inch drain valves can drain at a rate of 1 GPM.
