These high tensile steel units provide excellent strength and capability to withstand 6000 PSI continuous operating pressure and grip-tight knurled sleeves for making quick connection / disconnection while wearing gloves. They are aligned with the mating couplers via locking balls to eliminate the need for threading and easily snap the test equipment (like gauges, transducers) into place with zero difficulties. These nipples are permanently mounted at the threaded test ports, rigid tubings or hose assemblies and are available in UNF, Seal-Lok, NPTF and Triple-Lok type connections.

Parker PD Series nipples connect with the PD Series couplers under push-to-connect operation for hydraulic & pneumatic applications in fluid or air system maintenance & troubleshooting, mobile equipment engines, cooling systems and industrial hydraulic systems. These non-spill couplings with flush face valves reduce spillage and entry of air while connecting or disconnecting fluid lines. They have steel construction with zinc & clear trivalent chromate plating and a nitrile seal for corrosion resistance, thereby preventing entry of dust and withstanding a maximum operating pressure of 6000 psi. Selected models have bulkhead end fitting configurations for specific system installations and panel mounting. They have steel construction with female NPTF / ORB threading for strength, durability and easy installations. The male tips feature hardened locking ball grooves for resistance against wear and brinelling. Choose from a wide range of these couplings, available in 1/2-14 NPTF, 3/4-16 UNF and 7/8-14 UNF thread sizes.

Parker 6600 Series nipples are used in hydraulic fluid systems for a secure and leak-free connection of hoses or pipes with compatible female ORB / NPTF type port configurations. They are made of steel with zinc-chromate plating for corrosion resistance and improve durability. These couplers have double shut-off poppet valves that prevent the flow of fluid in both directions and include nitrile seals to resist oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, water and other chemicals. These nipples are designed to be interchangeable with other quick-disconnect couplings complying with ISO 7241-1 Series A standards.

Parker 6100 Series couplers are ideal for connecting with the 6100 Series nipples under pressure for hydraulic operations in oil & gas drilling, bulk liquid transfer and submersible pump applications. These low spill couplings have connection indicator grooves for indicating when the connection is complete and valves are fully open for use in fluid transfer lines. They have brass construction with steel hex / wing nut sleeves, a nitrile seal and NPTF port ends for strength, corrosion resistance and liquid-tight operations.
