AAllegro full-face mask respirators are used with air temperature controllers, personal air coolers and adjustable flow control valves to provide clean air. They are equipped with a deep chin pocket, offering a better fit, a hairnet that fits easily under hard hats and a replaceable polycarbonate lens with anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings for enhanced vision. These supplied-air respirators feature silicon-rubber construction and are capable of maintaining shape even in extreme temperatures. They also feature unique over-the-shoulder hose design and an adjustable belt for superior gripping.

DAAllegro EZ Air Max Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) offer combined respiratory, eye and face protection during welding, assembling, facility maintenance, grinding, painting & sanding operations. These motorised, Lithium-ion battery operated systems ensure a constant supply of fresh & filtered air over the user's face. The systems create an optimal protective pressure (at an APF level of 25) inside the respirator headtop, while keeping away particulates. They come with a flip-up visor to expose a grind shield that offers respiratory protection while workers can continue to grind or inspect welds. These NIOSH approved respirator systems comply with ANSI Z87.1+ and CAN/CSA Z94.3 standards for face / eye protection.

Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of supplied-air respirators from Honeywell, Allegro, North by Honeywell, 3M and Speedglas ideal for applications where air-purifying respirators (APR) are unable to provide enough protection from airborne chemicals. These supplied-air respirators come equipped with a tight-fitting full / half mask or a loose-fitting hood or helmet that is connected through an air supply hose to a source of breathing air. Allegro full / half mask supplied-air respirators are designed to connect to personal air coolers, adjustable flow control valves and air temperature controllers. These respirators feature a unique over-the-shoulder hose design that is clipped at the collars and an adjustable belt to ensure continuous flow protection while ensuring user comfort for prolonged use. They come further equipped with OBAC quick-connect plugs for a secure connection and double-sealing flanges with a deep chin pocket for a complete seal around the face.For aiding towards the removal of toxic or hazardous fumes while painting equipment, 3M supplied-air respirators are best suited because of their V100 vortex cooling assembly for automatic temperature regulation and a face shield with M925 Visor ensuring the protection of the entire neck, shoulder and head along with the face. These 3M respirators are capable of delivering air flows up to 100 cfm and are available in S, M, L and universal sizes on Raptor Supplies.
