Martin Sprocket Tapered Bushings
:
- These flush-mounted bushings have a silt taper that reduces mounting width and a tight clamp to shafts.
- They are made of sintered steel for providing excellent strength and resistance.
- They feature a bore with a keyway that locks the shaft to prevent it from rotating in the bushing.
- These tapered bushings are interchangeable and can be mounted to a pulley, sheave or sprocket on a drive shaft.
TB Woods QD Bushings
:
- These Sure-Grip Series QD bushings comprise a set screw over the key to secure the bushing's position on the shaft until the screws are tightened.
- They have a split-flange and taper design to provide a true clamp on the shaft, with twice the force as compared to standard bushings.
- These bushings come with drilled and tapped holes which allow a bushing in each end to be mounted on a common shaft with two keyways in line. They thus facilitate installation / removal as well as permit both bushings to carry a uniform load on each end.
