Trim-to-size air filters are aluminum mesh filters which can be cut to fit the size of any furnace, window air conditioner or hood filter. Additional foam, carbon pads or fibreglass media can be added to fabricate low-resistance replacement filters. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of cut-to-fit filters from Air Handler, in sizes ranging from 15 x 24 x 1/2 to 48 x 72 x 1/4 inches. Their aluminium construction prevents rust & corrosion, and facilitates easy wash. We also offer foam filter rolls, which are non-pleated filter media for removing contaminants from the air stream in HVAC systems or paint booth equipment.
