Dayton direct driven upblast ventilators are manufactured to take out fumes, odour, foul air and grease-laden vapours in the facility. They are equipped with a variable speed motor and feature electronically commutated motor (ECM) technology and a potentiometer dial mounted on the motor to manage speed. These upblast ventilators permit up to 80% useable turndown remove the requirement for speed control. Choose from a range of these upblast ventilators, available in 1 and 3 phase options.

They have spun aluminium housing with backward inclined, spark-resistant aluminium wheels for corrosion resistance, durability and overload prevention, regardless of static pressure applied to the system. They feature belt-drive motors for greater flexibility in terms of rpm speeds, as the motor is not directly in contact with the fan's moving parts. Choose from a wide range of these ventilators, available in wheel diameters ranging from 11.25 to 18.50 inches.

They have independent neoprene studs to keep mounting bases isolated from the motor, drive frame and wheel components. These upblast ventilators feature belt-drive mechanism for flexibility in speeds and motor selections ranging from 735 to 1050 rpm and 3/2 to 3 hp, respectively. Selected models come unassembled for optimising the ventilators as per the application requirement.
